Thanks a lot for the offer! Any pointer to a doc explaining how one
can connect to this network? Most notably, do we need to run I2P to
connect to it?

As you probably know, it's currently strongly recommended against to
use I2P in Tails (we've not released anything with I2P 0.9.14+ yet),
so if it's the case that one needs to run I2P, then this would prevent
a lot of Tails contributors from participating to the next meeting.
