If not for 1.1.1, please consider merging for 1.2. It's a simple patch
to fix a problem I discovered in unsafe-browser while working on the
yet-to-be-submitted "I2P Browser". (I branched off of devel since it's
really close to freeze time and I presume it'll go to 1.2--assuming
it gets applied anywhere).
In short, trying to print (accidentally or otherwise) would lead to the
browser window hanging for several minutes trying to communicate with
CUPS. Of course, CUPS isnt available to the unsafe-browser user...so I
disabled CUPS in unsafe-browser.
