Subject: [Tails-l10n] Broken link for fixed tickets in todo page
Hi, the TODO page of the website (todo.mdwn) has a link for "Tickets that are
fixed" that points to an unexisting redmine query:

https://tails.boum.org/todo/index.en.html
https://labs.riseup.net/code/projects/tails/issues?query_id=109

What is the correct URL for that? Could someone fix that so we can correctly
translate the page? :)
