our browser has been updated, based on
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/candidates/24.7.0esr-candidates/
(details of why I had to take a candidate formally called this way,
instead of a candidate stored in the "releases" directory, are on the
contribute/release_process/iceweasel page in the testing branch).
No changes in the profile.

It passes the torified_browsing, unsafe_browser, and
windows_camouflage test suites, but:
* Starting the Unsafe Browser works as it should:
I'm hit by #7060. Tested manually.
* Closing the Unsafe Browser shows a stop notification:
#7060 again. Tested manually.
