[Tails-dev] [review and merge] filename problem

Hello,

as seen on tails-l10n, there is a folder in the wiki which contains a
colon. This results in problems on Windows systems, where contributors
might want to translate.. but can't checkout this folder.

That is why i renamed it, simply by deleting the colon.

Please review in my repo:

[filenamecolon d8ade9f] please don't use colons in filenames as this
does not work for people on windows :/

Or if that is not the right thing to do, please get back to me.
