[Tails-dev] Tails 1.1~rc1

Just to make sure: Will the 1.1~rc1 be publicly announced?
The calendar says "2014-07-03: Officially release Tails 1.1~rc1"
and the image seems to be ready since then, but I think it was
never made publicly announced.
