Hi everyone,

These changes largely impacted the managers of the various projects,
and I have been working with OpenITP to resolve any issues it has
caused for the resources/teams that are handled by the Tor Project.

That being said, if anyone is experiencing difficulty or is running
into some type of issue, please let me know!
