Please review and merge into devel:

Tails Git branch: bugfix/vagrant-ram-bump-for-wheezy

This branch simply bumps the Vagrant builder's RAM by 512 MiB (from 6.5
GiB to 7 GiB), which is necessary to complete builds due to Wheezy's
increased size on disk.

Note that in order to have these changes go live in your Vagrant
instance, you must provision it with:

    rake vm:up
    rake vm:provision
    rake vm:halt

while this branch is checked out, or merged into the current branch.
