Note that we generally discourage rewriting history after an initial
review: integrating additional changes as separate commits on top of
what was initially reviewed makes it way easier to confirm that the
resulting branch indeed is the initially reviewed one
+ the additional changes. No idea how the German team proceeds.
Also, please insert "[pull]" in the subject when the review process is
finished, and you're requesting a merge: this allows core developers
to skip all the internal translation team process, and only look at
the email actually targeted to us.
