6515cf66 Remove period after URL, for consistency with other messages from the Upgrader and easier copy'n'paste.
ca86a7f7 Fix upgrader wrapper script name in refresh-translations.
18bf1a78 Integrate tails-upgrade-frontend-wrapper with the translation infrastructure.
030c90d3 Update POT and PO files.
No idea how we have missed the l10n bits for 0.23.
