Tails successfully shutsdown using all 3 supported
shutdown methods; select shutdown immediately from panel,
pushing power button on computer hardware, removing the USB
stick.

Memory wipe seems to function well (gets past starting new kernel
then shuts down)

NO random reboots with any of the methods tested on different
hardware
