I reworked the documentation for MAC address spoofing. The freeze is in
4 days, so we're even in time for a bit of review.

First of all, that's probably to most verbose piece of documentation we
have until now. It's rather long and the language is probably tricky to
grasp. It's not that I'm particularly happy with it so any proposal for
improvement is welcome.
I reused the original structure by anonym. At some point I thought about
adding a schema in the first part to explain the difference between MAC
and IP addresses but in the end I propose to try without first...
A pending question is regarding the warning on Intel AMT. As always, I'm
concerned about our doc to be helpful, so I'd like to help the user
answer two questions: How do I know I have Intel AMT? How do I disable
it? But I couldn't find any great doc to do that online. Maybe point to
Wikipedia and hoping for the best is enough, but if we think this is a
serious issue it should be put forward better.
I'll also try to have it user tested before the freeze.
