[Tails-dev] Redmine server move and upgrade

Hi,

the people behind labs.riseup.net are going to migrate the Redmine
instance that hosts our tickets to another server, and upgrade it to
Wheezy. Expect some slightly sub-optimal behavior in the next three
days. The great thing is that we'll get new awesome Redmine features
as a result :)
