So, apparently our changes have now been applied on the live website.
As a result, as someone said on IRC, each forum page was suddenly
empty. Oops.
I've therefore re-enabled the comments plugin and the related config
in the master branch (c66d45b), and asked root@ to do the same on the
live website.
