I worked in the past days to fix #5355: wheezy: add a quick shutdown
button back (

I'm unsure of our policy for that kind of things, but I'd like to ask
for some review before merging it into wheezy.
I'm thus asking for review and merge into *feature/wheezy* of
tails:bugfix/5355-add-a-quick-shutdown-button-back. Not merged into
experimental obviously. To build it you have to locally merge it into
feature/wheezy before the build.
This branch:
- fixes the shutdown helper applet (basically porting it to Gtk3,
GIR and the new panel DBUS API and solving a few new bugs);
- replaces the User menu by the shutdown applet.
I belive that merging it could close the following bugs:
