Ah, I see: I guess our basebox is getting old, and likely did not get
the latest debian-archive-keyring update [1] that is needed to
validate current Debian unstable repos. So, what we need to do to fix
the root of the problem is to build an updated Vagrant basebox that
includes the latest debian-archive-keyring. Reported as #6516.
