[Tails-l10n] Adding resources to Transifex

Hi,

we at Tails have asked that two new resources are added to Transifex,
respectively one and four weeks ago. I haven't heard back from Runa
since then, so I figured it could be useful to ping a slightly wider
audience about it, in case someone else has time to do the work.
