No, there is no package for Tails OpenPGP applet. That's a shame, and
I do agree this piece of software could be useful to users of other
operating systems.

Creating such a package would be a very nice beginner's exercise, for
someone willing to learn the basics of Debian packaging and
maintenance. Once packaged as a standard CPAN distribution (see
tails-persistence-setup source tree for an example), packaging it will
be a breeze thanks to dh-make-perl.

I'd happily mentor someone willing to do this, and I could sponsor the
uploads to Debian.

Anyone interested?
