We'll see. We've run into some issues on our side so we may not make
it in time. If not, maybe we'll have 0.9.9 or 0.9.10 in 0.23. :)

I'll have 0.9.8 (or 0.9.8.1 with backported fixes) ready for Tails'
review soon. (I'm still doing my own review).
