It's an invalid security certificate message. Which mostly means they
are running https: while being too cheap to pay money to register it
officially. I've got a couple websites where I never register my SSL
certificates, because I and a couple staff are the only people using
them and it isn't worth the cost.
By contrast, if you get a warning saying that a website is (or has
recently been) infected with malware - take that seriously.
You could use
http://, but they are redirecting that to
https:// - which
leads back to the invalid security certificate.
There is a remote chance that it could be a problem, but only if you are
reusing the password for something important.
