Tails 0.20.1 and 0.21~rc1 are affected by #6377
aka.

This is fixed in bugfix/browser-resizing with a new Torbutton package
(no Git commits) that cherry-picks the relevant upstream commit,
as suggested by Mike Perry.
Without the patch, I get 1000x574. With the patch, I get 1000x599
(which isn't exactly what is expected, but much better).
Please review and merge in time for 0.21, thanks!
