[Tails-dev] Merged doc/gpgapplet_gnupg_persistence

I fixed and merged into master the branch
`doc/gpgapplet_gnupg_persistence` from the mercerdes508 repo. I couldn't
find the original merge request.

Ticket: #6332 is now marked as resolved.
