I think you mostly want to pick up the patch for Bug #8478.

However, you should probably start investigating 1.6.x and see how bad
it is for you to use. 1.5.x will probably be EOL as soon as TBB 3.0 is
stable (which is blocked on just a couple bugs).

Not sure if our branding additions to 1.6.x will conflict with yours or
not.

Right now:

Not all patches have been applied. Here's the ones that have lots of
conflicts that I haven't done yet:

Probably slightly less than half-crazy? The main things I'd be worried
about if I were you is dealing with Tor Launcher and 1.6.x. Leaving Tor
Launcher out but Torbutton 1.6.x in might cause some problems. You can
also try including Tor Launcher in with extensions.torlauncher.start_tor
set to false, but it still may complain if you don't set the
TOR_CONTROL_PORT and TOR_CONTROL_PASSWD env vars anyway.

Do you have a schedule link for the ESR release date btw? I can't find
the release calendar I used to have.

FWIW, I am hoping to have working Gitian builds with FF24 in a couple
weeks.
