[Tails-dev] Review and merge feature/tails-bugs-signed

I signed the tails-bugs@??? key with our signing key and uploaded
the result in branch feature/tails-bugs-signed, commit f10b430.

Please review, merge into master, and push to the public key servers.

I think that was not tracked on Redmine.
