As some Whisperback reports pointed out, the custom directory feature
disappeared from the persistent volume assistant.
After reading the log of the persistence-setup repository I am wondering
whether this is on purpose or not, see 6bc0f46. I didn't see that
mentioned in the release notes for neither Tails 0.19 nor 0.20.
