[Tails-dev] I2P configuration issues

A Whisperback report pointed out several issues with our I2P
configuration. I'm no I2P expert so I need more input to know what to do
with them.

- The local eepsite is configured on port 7658 from
http://127.0.0.1:7657/configclients but neither the firewall neither
foxyproxy allow access to it. I changed both, and there is indeed a
website down there.

- The I2CP client port is configured on port 7654 from
http://127.0.0.1:7657/configclients but the firewall blocks it by default.
