[Tails-dev] Please review'n'merge feature/linux-3.10-2

Hi,

all Tails builds are broken since Linux was updated in sid, so please
review'n'merge feature/linux-3.10-2.

I've successfully built experimental with this branch applied, but
I have not tested the resulting ISO yet. I'll let the next steps to
anyone who wants to fix the builds.
