[Tails-dev] Please review'n'merge feature/linux-3.10-1

Hi,

stable and devel builds are currently broken by the recent kernel
update that happened in sid.

The feature/linux-3.10-1 branch fixes this by pulling Linux 3.10-1
instead of the now obsolete 3.9-1. Please review'n'merge into stable
and devel.
