Wow, that's a lot. It's obvious we can't cover all this on Tuesday, so
I suggest you pick the ones that are most important to you, and
prepare the discussion so that we can it can be nice and useful.
Please make sure you read the corresponding tickets, when they exist,
so that we don't have to reinvent too many wheels and rehash too many
old discussions. If you can't find the corresponding ticket for
a topic or three, feel free to ask pointers.
I also think that it would be crucial to define the expected outcome
of the discussion: is it "to get the general feeling about X", "to
make a decision that is blocking you from working on Y", or "to
explain someone else whey they should work on Z", etc.
