please review and merge the following translations :

commit 1c5cff5, testing branch, mercedes508 repo for

- doc/advanced_topics.index
- doc/advanced_topics/wireless_devices
- doc/first_steps/startup_options/administration_password

I'm not sure, but I'm afraid after line 140 (i.e "to verify that the
wireless device is enabled, execute the following command in the
root terminal again:") the mentionned command (i.e "rfkill list") isn't
there.
