I've built and uploaded a backport for Squeeze/i386 to our
feature-smtube APT suite:
echo 'deb http://deb.tails.boum.org/ feature-smtube main' \
| sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.d/smtube.list
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install smtube
... should be doable in Tails.
Untested, reports are more than welcome :)
