I believe moving away from the Tor account would be a bad choice:
If I have understood everything correctly, the reason you want to
switch from Git to Transifex is because you want to reach more
translators, so that more of Tails gets translated and you can
trust the translations being of higher quality / more reviewed.
But in that case staying under the Tor account would be the best
choice, as already mentioned/decided in the mentioned thread.
