After discussing a bit more about that with Runa, I've more info.

That doesn't seem to be possible at the moment. So there could not be
different settings for Tor and Tails. That would be a blocker.

I'm still not sure whether this is possible.

Tor is not a paying customer of Transifex, so whatever they do we could
also do ourselves and on our own. So if we want to be a bit more
autonomous regarding configuration, team management, etc. we could have
our own Transifex project with the same features as they do.

A drawback would be to stop being in the same project as Tor, and thus
have probably less people seeing our files, and tempted to contribute.

I'm not sure what to do. Any opinions on this?
