Done, *but* that was just before I learnt of CVE-2013-2094.
So, I'm going to:
1. wait for a fixed kernel to land into wheezy-security
2. build and upload another 0.18 ISO (and maybe call it 0.18.1, I'm
not sure which one will lead to more confusion / for whom),
hopefully today or tomorrow
I expect the ISO to be available for testers tomorrow (2013-05-16)
around noon CEST or not too much later, so testing can be done on
Thursday 16 and Friday 17, and we should be able to release late on
Friday 17.
For the record, the initial plan was:

> 2013-05-16 release Tails 0.18
