Updated ticket / tags etc.
I also integrated install-additional-packages.diff into tails-greeter
0.7.13 (I believe I was told a branch was ready with these changes,
but I could not find it. Hmm.)

* 7a0a93c in testing / devel branch,
* tails-greeter 0.7.11..0.7.13
(All that stuff is already in the frozen testing.)
