[Tails-dev] Please review & merge bugfix/change_documentatio…

Some time ago, we discussed the fact that the "Tails documentation"
launcher on the desktop could land on a more appropriate page than the
website homepage. People starting Tails probably already now what it is
about. We favored "Getting started..." as the new homepage over the main
documentation index because we thought it was more inviting as a first
step into Tails.

I implemented and tested that in branch
bugfix/change_documentation_homepage, commit 34cd7f9.

Candidate for Tails 0.18. No ticket.
