* kolohe worked on

* velope reviewed a few documentation pages of ours. The trivial
language improvements were directly integrated into our website,
some more involved suggestions will be sent as a separate email.
* intrigeri reviewed kolohe's updated Mac installation doc
(todo/hybrid_ISO), added a trivial patch to
todo/disable_Pidgin_accounts, and generally made sure everyone
interested was kept busy ;)
