We want to have this working some day at Tails, but this is not
exactly high priority for us (yet). The state of our research can be

We've had a good initial PoC with Onioncat + Mumble a while ago, but
these days, I'd be more inclined to go with Linphone or Jitsi instead
of Mumble (and keep Onioncat).
