Hi,
to view a WebM video on YouTube with Tails 0.17, one has to:
1. join the HTML5 YouTube program
2. find and open a WebM video page
3. be told that "this video is unavailable", be bold, resist,
don't believe it
4. click-to-play (NoScript)
The TBB has removed steps #3 and #4 recently (commit 94b632f) in the
interest of better UX:

I propose we do the same in Tails.
Implemented in feature/no-html5-click-to-play, please review & merge
into devel (and maybe stable).
I'm not sure if this can be considered to be a bugfix. In the hope it
can go into 0.17.1 or 0.17.2, I've based the branch on stable.
Thoughts?
