[Tails-l10n] rtl support

hi,

i've translated the tails-greeter program into persian, though any
revisions to the present translation are welcome - it is only intended
as a start.

transifex's interface really messes up the display of code segments in
right-to-left languages (i don't know if they can do anything about
that). for example, i have no idea if the bits of html will come out at
all well, as the tags are sometimes backwards, and the inclusion of the
ZWNJ character (important in persian) seems to mess the order up as
well. is there any way to check how it will look in the GUI right now,
or do i have to wait for the next build?

would these problems be solved at all by using git, or should i stick
to transifex?
