[Tails-l10n] [Review] Tails-greeter french translation updat…

Hi,

Unfortunately we didn't made it for Tails-0.16, but the complete french
translation for tails-greeter is now ready to be reviewed and merged if
correct, in order to be shipped in tails-0.17.
