I guess you might have first imported updated translations from
a non-Transifex source and not let time to Transifex to pull that and
merge with their own updates.
I believe / guess one should either publish the non-Transifex
translation updates and let Transifex do the merge work, or do it
oneselve (which implies merging the two sides of the fork with gettext
tools).
(All that is based on the unverified assumption that Transifex knows
how to nicely merge non-Transifex work into its own stuff.)
