Done.
The result worked fine for me (with sid's torbutton) during my quick
test. I'll use (a rebuild of the same source for amd64/sid) quite
intensively in the next days, to validate this attempt further.

OK. I guess we can skip that for now, and ship current sid's torbutton
in 0.14, then.
