I added some pointers to Transifex, and
- replaced internal link about poedit with a link to the official
website
- added some cross-references and anchors
- replaced some scary words, after test on potential translators:
- internationalization/localization → translation
- tails-l10n mailing list → mailing list for translators (and added a
link to wikipedia definition for l10n)
