[Tails-l10n] [howto] build the documentation locally

Hi,

to check your translations, you can build the wiki locally:

First install the dependencies:
# apt-get install ikiwiki=3.20120725 libyaml-perl libyaml-libyaml-perl
po4a perlmagick libyaml-syck-perl

Then run the script at the root of the Git folder:
$ sh build-wiki
(may take a while the first time)

You can now browse the files in
config/chroot_local-includes/usr/share/doc/tails/website/
