[Tails-l10n] language statistics

I wrote a little script that calculates the total percentage of messages
on the website that have been translated in each language.

Here are the stats:

    de: 16%
    es: 34%
    fr: 71%
    pt: 52%

I'm also sending you the script in attachment for review.
