[Tails-l10n] pull request for pt traslation

Hello, I am new on this list but we have already contributed with portuguese
translation through off-list contact with tails developers.

We have translated and reviewed some good part of the tails website to
portuguese, and this is available in:

git://git.sarava.org/amnesia.git doc/pt

Our plan is now to translate the apps, then go back for the documentation on
the website.
