Looks like that host is down, right.
The funny thing is that it's not needed anymore (see recent email
about ikiwiki on tails-dev), but the Vagrant stuff was not
updated yet. Feel free to update it so that it uses ikiwiki from
current Debian testing/unstable (>= 3.20120516), instead of building
its own. If you do so, please send us a patch:
