[Tails-dev] ttdnsd

Hi,

ttdnsd has quite a lot of problems:
https://tails.boum.org/bugs/ttdnsd_broken/

... and perhaps we could drop it, or (which I would prefer) keep it
but remove it from the "normal" DNS resolution loop:
https://tails.boum.org/forum/ttdnsd_good_for_what__63__/

Thoughts?
