[Tails-dev] Anonymous email & proxy in addition to Tor?

Does Tails recommend users also use an anonymous emailer & proxy in
addition to Tails Linux/Tor? Two companies that stand out:

- http://neomailbox.net/
- https://countermail.com/

(*I don't include Hushmail on purpose because of their history of handing
over user data.*)
